Avoca Group is the parent company for a number of companies which work across a variety of property sectors, including Residential Development, Commercial Retail and Leisure, Building Contracting, Repair and Maintenance, Aftercare and Defect Rectification.

Established in 2019, we aim to take our extensive experience in these sectors to provide a quality product and service that is often lacking in today's marketplace.

We are unashamedly design led and will champion the talents of the best designers available. We want our products and delivery to surprise and delight and believe that a combination of big ideas and attention to detail is the key to achieving this.
